At Shiv Gramoudyog Sansthan (Regd.), our journey is about fostering positive change through social responsibility and environmental stewardship.
Since its establishment in 1990, Shiv Gramoudyog Sansthan (Regd.)  KVIC is direct listed & as an NBB-registered Non-government society that has been committed to societal upliftment and the empowerment of farmers. As an NGO, our philanthropic focus is dedicated to enhancing community well-being and advancing agricultural practices.
Over the past three decades, our MISSION has revolved around making meaningful contributions to societal betterment and environmental preservation.

Our Mission

Our core mission is to create a sustainable impact through bee-friendly practices, community empowerment, and environmental conservation. We are actively involved in planting 25 bee-supporting tree species across Uttar Pradesh, helping bees thrive while nurturing a greener world for everyone.

Skill Development and Beekeeping Training

• In addition to our philanthropic endeavours, we are ardent proponents of individual empowerment through knowledge and skill development. Our specialized training unit exemplifies this commitment, offering comprehensive certificate courses in beekeeping.
• These courses, led by a team of seasoned trainers well-versed in the dynamic nuances of the honey processing industry, cater specifically to beekeeping needs, equipping participants with the latest and internationally accepted techniques in bee breeding and honey extraction.
• In alignment with our empowerment ethos, we support beekeepers by offering bee colonies and beehives.  We actively guide and aid beekeepers in processing, packaging, and marketing their products. 
•  This holistic approach ensures that beekeepers, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, receive comprehensive support, fostering sustainability in their livelihoods.

Quality and sustainability are our guiding principles. 
From the meticulous extraction of honey to its seamless processing and packaging, we uphold stringent quality control measures. Collaborating with expert inspectors and utilizing state-of-the-art technology, we ensure that every product leaving our facilities meets the highest standards of purity and quality.

Highlights from the Past Three Years (2020-2022)

• Expanding Reach: Through various beekeeping training sessions and seminars across India, we have empowered farmers, youth, women, and beekeepers from all backgrounds with sustainable beekeeping practices.
• Notable Collaborations: In November 2023, we conducted specialized training for 108 Meerut CRPF personnel, equipping retirees with valuable skills for post-service income opportunities.
• In March 2023, we established an apiary at Rashtrapati Bhawan, providing comprehensive beekeeping training to the Honorable President Ms. Draupadi Murmu, enhancing national awareness of beekeeping.
• Community-Focused Programs: We held state-level seminars in Puducherry, beekeeping workshops for artisans in Bharatpur, and a seminar for underprivileged communities in Jharkhand, all at no cost.
  Additionally, we supported MSKVIB by supplying beehives with colonies to uplift the local beekeeping community.

Environmental Initiatives

Inspired by Einstein's observation that "If the bee disappeared off the surface of the globe, then man would have only four years of life left," we are dedicated to preserving bee populations through extensive tree planting.
One of our significant initiatives revolves around creating bee-friendly environments. Acknowledging the vital role of bees in sustaining life, we have undertaken a substantial mission to plant 25 species of trees across various locations in Uttar Pradesh.
These carefully selected trees support bee populations and contribute to the broader ecological balance, ensuring a greener and healthier environment for all.

Running Projects 

•  Adopt-A-Family Program: We will connect families in need with sustainable income opportunities, offering comprehensive beekeeping training and education in bee product production, and creating pathways to self-sufficiency.
• Women’s Empowerment: Through specialized training in beekeeping and bee product creation, we aim to help women craft products from beeswax, honey, and other resources. These initiatives foster entrepreneurship, provide certifications, and empower women to achieve economic independence.
• Expanding Training Initiatives: Our goal is to train 500 new beekeepers over the next two years, providing both foundational and advanced skills to build a network of skilled beekeepers.
• Community Engagement & Evaluation: We are focused on actively engaging communities, equipping beekeepers with sustainable practices, and implementing a monitoring framework to ensure impactful outcomes.
